No problem.
Although you should know that there are only certain types of "food safe" stems that we can use, and they must be pesticide free. Additional floral charges are the responsibility of the customer, and flowers must be delivered to us
24 hours prior to cake delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate any decorative items on your Ceilidh Cake. Items must be included on the Ceilidh Cake Order Form, and provided to us at time of final payment.
*How do I book and pay for my CeilidhCake Wedding or Occasion cake?
Easily!
Call or contact us, provide a 50% nonrefundable deposit, pay in full 14 days prior to scheduled CeilidhCake delivery, and enjoy your one-of-a-kind Ceilidh Cake.
We accept cash, money orders, and personal cheques with additional time to clear. Please ask about Paypal.
*Is Delivery included?
Contact us for pricing and arrangements.
We do not allow "pick ups", due to various transportation issues with cakes.
*What about peanut-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and/or egg-free cakes?
In no way can guarantee that any of our products are allergen free or safe.
Our products may contain, or have come in contact with any or all types of, allergens. It is the customer's repsponsibility to inform guests of this.
We at A Ceilidh Cake will not be held responsible in any way for any allergic reactions.
*Do you have a fancy cake or cupcake stand? Or fabric for the cake table? Or cake knives? Cake servers? A cake table? Accent lights for the cake? Rose petals? Confetti? Candles? Pillars? Fish bowls? Floating candles? Seashells? Candle holders, etc, that I can use?

A rental fee for any additional decorative or support elements is charged.
A portion of this rental fee is refunded when items are promptly returned in satisfactory condition.
*I have a picture of the EXACT cake I want. Can you do it?
While every effort is made to duplicate your design choice, and photo provision is appreciated for the direction in style and preference, a Ceilidh Cake cake is an individual creation and may or may not be an exact replica of provided photos.
What time will my cake be delivered and set up?
This will vary according to your contract/order form, and if your CeilidhCake is fully paid for 14 days prior to scheduled delivery.
When your Ceilidh Cake is delivered and set up is completed, several photos will be taken of it.
These photos will represent that the contract has been filled and A Ceilidh Cake is no longer responsible.
A CeilidhCake will no longer be held responsible for any cake damages once the contract photos have been taken.
Weather conditions, venue temperature fluctuations, persons adjusting or moving the cake and/or cake table, table failure, etc., are all issues outside of our control, and we will not be held responsible.
*What if I want to make changes? Cancel?
Once you book your CeilidhCake and pay your 50% nonrefundable deposit,
you are free to make any changes.
Of course, additional charges may apply,
and the cost for changes is due immediately.
In the event that changes result in a lower price, the original contract cost still applies, and the 50% remainder is due 14 days prior to scheduled delivery.
Changes requested during the 14-day period prior to scheduled delivery
will not be able to be filled.
Cancellation outside the 14-day period prior to scheduled delivery
forfeits the 50% nonrefundable deposit.
No monies are refunded within the 14-day period prior to scheduled delivery.
Ceilidh Cake Cuppies and Dainty Delights are subject to
nonrefundable payment in full at time of booking.
Changes can be made up to 7 days prior to scheduled delivery,
and additional cost is due immediately.
No paid funds are refunded for lower cost changes or adjustments.
